Character:

Name: Kaspiel/Kasbeel/Kazbiel, though more commonly just goes by Kaspiel. Once was called "Biqa", but lost that name when he Fell.

Species: Fallen angel
Gender: Sexless, but looks male
Age: Around four thousand years old.
Background: Was created by God, but the first thing he did as a new angel immediately cast him down from Heaven- he turned away from his Creator because he was quite underwhelmed. But God was so furious with him that not only did he cast him out of Heaven and make him Fall, he put a curse on him. Whenever Kaspiel would be touched by the rays of the sun, even if he was indoors, he would metamorphose involuntarily into a worm-like creature that reflected how evil he was inside.

Kaspiel forever cursed the name of God after that, and started to work for his own needs, tripping up or even killing the angels who go around on Earth doing their duty. And then he wakes up in Accord, right after hearing the word that there have been murders of the angel kind by a being who has quite evaded the watchful eyes of the Heaven...

Personality: Upon meeting Kaspiel, one would think that he's quite the charming socialite. He speaks every word smoothly, without even a stutter, and knows how to compliment and in ways that would make even the most bitter person feel flattered.But those who better know who he is, like his "family" back up in Heaven, know that almost every other word out of Kaspiel's voice is a lie.

He honestly doesn't care about anyone else, and actually thinks himself much higher than anyone else in the world. Of course, he has some hidden insecurities that he hates like nothing else and tries not to acknowledge, like the fact that he can never feel the sun on his face again and his daddy issues with God, but he will never show them, and will choose to hide behind a tight-lipped smile instead. He is manipulative, and deceitful, and will betray people without a second thought. And though one would think he burns quite cold when it comes to anger, his other form shows quite the contrary. For whenever it comes out, he will rip people to shreds...literally.

Abilities: Teleportation, flight, can perform small miracles, and most of all, he is exceptionally skilled at what the angels call "sorcery". He can curse and cast spells on people however he wishes- these curses can range from making a person violently sick to literally taking control of their mind and making them destroy themselves. The more the effect of his sorcery, though, the more complex the ritual is to perform it. For example, he can open locks without even blinking, but making a person's life basically turn into a living hell requires him to actually spend a few days gathering materials and drawing runes and such in a secluded location.

Also, the curse that has been placed on him activates whenever he is touched by the light from the sun, even if he's indoors and he's standing near a window. Once it is activated, he violently transforms into a large worm-like creature, whose appearance actually varies depending on the person who is seeing it (people who are more evil will find this form more beautiful, oddly enough, while others who are more on the good side will just see an incredibly disgusting worm thing in front of them). Kaspiel is very powerful in this form, and will often go on a murderous rampage once he's transformed- he'll only change back once he spends a good number of hours back in the shade.

Extra notes: He always carries an umbrella. Always. Even indoors, most of the time. It's the only thing that allows him to walk out during the day unchanged. He is also from the same world as Cheriour, though since he is younger than Cheriour, he doesn't have too many mechanical bits in him as the other clockwork angel does.
